I can help you create a practice, both with me and/or on your own, that, done consistently, can connect you with your body, mind and spirit in a new and meaningful way.

Yoga, based on archeological evidence, originated in the Indus Valley in Northern India at least 5000 years ago. It was practiced and taught as a path to enlightenment.

What most of us know as yoga, the asanas or poses on the mat, is only one of the “eight limbs” of the whole practice.

My mission is to share the whole practice of mind, body and spirit with a diverse audience, enabling, even empowering you, to take so much more off the mat than just a more flexible or relaxed body.

I’m committed to opening my practice to all interested in learning as a beginner or deepening a robust practice already in place. Through workshops with Off the Mat, Susanna Barkataki, Shanti Within and Michelle Cassandra Johnson, my eyes, mind and heart have been opened to the exclusive colonization of yoga as too often practiced in the West.

No fancy yoga attire required! Sliding scale and scholarships available.

At the moment, I’m not teaching any regularly scheduled public classes.

I’ve taken on the absolutely fabulous job of teaching children three mornings/per week.

Along with my coaching practice and occasional private yoga sessions, my schedule (and energetic capacity) is full.
