Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Regular Mail unless Expedited Shipping is selected (Expedited refers to USPS Courier service, a surcharge applies here, of around $25 - the exact figure shows on the Checkout page. This is a trackable, signature-required service, please consider this when choosing your address, you may want to use your Work one).



You can track your USPS Courier orders anytime by entering your tracking number here. We will send you your tracking number shortly after purchase.


Delivery Times

We have warehouses in New Zealand, Australia & Singapore. The decision on where we ship from depends on the country of origin of the product, and on various supplier agreements we have in place, in order to get you the best deal. Depending on where your item is shipping from, the average delivery target for Regular Mail is 5-9 working days to the US; the target on USPS Courier orders is 4-5 working days. Actual Shipping times may vary.


Our Delivery Guarantee

We 100% guarantee your order will be delivered. Should your order be declared lost or damaged in transit, provided the correct delivery address was given at time of purchase we will replace it - Free of charge. We will do everything in our power to ensure safe speedy delivery, however please note postal circumstances beyond our control have the potential to cause delays up to 18 working days, delays can include public holidays, busy holiday periods, weather, industrial action, Customs delays etc.


Restrictions
  • Please note that we're only able to send 90 days personal supply of any given product per order.
  • * Shipping rules set out here only apply to Retail orders, i.e. usually under 100 units, Wholesale orders require customized solutions.
  • * Free Shipping may not be possible on some Heavy items, if this is the case we will contact you after you place your order and advise.
  • We cannot send Aerosol products.


Address Guidelines

It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is accurate and complete. If you are unsure of how to format your address, please check with your country’s post office website.

If your parcel is being delivered to a business address, you must write the name of the business in the appropriate field. If your address is an apartment building, please ensure to write the correct apartment number and street address. Failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us by the courier or lost.

Most countries require a zip code/postcode, state or region and town.


Your responsibility as an importer (overseas customers):

Once you decide to bring goods into your country from an overseas location you become an importer. This means that legally you are responsible for abiding by the import laws set by your country. We are not responsible for any items that are seized or destroyed by the Customs and Border Protection in your country. If your item is destroyed by Customs we are unable to provide any refund. We are also unable to refund for items that are opened, damaged or inspected by Customs.


Destination Countries

Due to a high incidence of missing parcels we may be unable to ship to some countries, including the following: Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Greece, Philippines.


Oversized Parcels

If your parcel is over 25kg we will contact you if there are any additional freight fees payable.
